A CULINARY LEGACY. For many, the name Auberge du Soleil is synonymous with delectable cuisine. Indeed, Auberge du Soleil was founded by visionary restaurateur Claude Rouas more than 35 years ago as Napa Valley’s first fine-dining restaurant. Since then, the hotel has maintained its legacy as a culinary destination, where innovative menus inspired by the bounty of Napa Valley are paired with wine in ways that delight and inspire longtime devotees. Executive Chef Robert Curry showcases the freshest, seasonal ingredients, sourced locally to provide dynamic and delicious Restaurant, Bistro & Bar and Private Dining experiences.
THE BISTRO & BAR
The Bistro & Bar offers lighter fare throughout the day in a cozy fireside atmosphere or outside on the wraparound deck. The dining outlet provides a great opportunity for guests to explore new wines with an ever changing selection of more than 40 wines by the glass. A sunset cocktail or glass of champagne on the terrace is a must for any visitor to the Napa Valley.
